Soil First Farming defines what sets Prince Edward Island apart, and promotes efforts which support the agriculture industry and protects this resource for generations to come.

The central pillars for Soil First Farming are not built on a singular program or activity. They are built upon generations of PEI farmers getting their hands dirty while living and learning from the land itself.

Additionally, the pillars are supported by a team of agriculture professionals whom are a tremendous resource for the industry, and are at the forefront of providing integrated and measurement-based approaches that assist in the health of our rich red soil.
